Please note that if you are unable to attend a workshop we are happy for you to send a friend in your place or if we can accommodate a date change but Refunds are not available
Shoe making supplies | exchange and refunds
1. We are happy to offer an exchange (excluding postage) provided the item is returned within 14days of the date of dispatch, and is in its original, unworn condition. This does not apply to the items that have been specially made or customized to your specifications. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. Do ensure that sufficient postage is paid for the products return, as we are unable to accept packages that do not carry the correct postage amount. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an exchange of your order. We highly recommend using a signed for service as we cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on its journey back to us.
2. We will not refund back the price differences if the item that you had chosen for exchange is of lower price than the item that you wish to return. Therefore we highly recommend items that are of same price or higher priced than the item you wish to exchange. We will send you an invoice for the payment of price difference. You can choose to pay it under any of our payment methods in our site.
Supplies Shopping | Self Collect , Local Courier services HK and Overseas Delivery
1. You will receive an email of order confirmation once after you had checkout. We endeavour to prepare and send out all orders within 7 working days after full payment is received. Although at busy times, such as holiday season, sales period or special dates this may not be possible so please do allow 14working days in total.
2. Some supplies needs a longer time to prepare or process. As they are specially made or customized to your specifications. We suggest that you could email us at email@example.com for the updates and status of the goods that you had bought. Please state your sales confirmation number or product that you had bought on the email subject heading2. You can come to one of our shop to collect the supplies and pay on the spot too. Our Shop address is: Office 4, 2/f, prosperity building, no.61 Tung Choi street, Kowloon. 旺角通菜街61號德發大廈二樓四室. Please call us first to arrange a time.
3. You can also choose to use one of our local courier services. Delivery charges are beared by the customers. Our prices do not include delivery or shipping cost.
4. For overseas customers, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for postage quotation. We send by speedpost HK (EMS), its safe and comes with a tracking number that you can track online. If you have your own preferred courier service or alternatives way of shipping to you, please let us know too!
Supplies Shopping | scope of responsibility
1. Our scope of responsibility lies till the parcel is out of our shop premises or Hong Kong post office, we will not be liable for any lost caused by our delivery partners or agents.
2. All packages for overseas posted out from Hong Kong, Please be aware that our scope of responsibility lies till the parcel is posted out of Hong Kong post office. Please bear in mind if having your order sent to a work address – once it’s entered into your internal mail system, responsibility for its security/delivery passes to the buyer. Although every effort is made to make sure you receive your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners.
3. Delays: On Sundays, Public Holidays, when the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, or when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. Festive Seasons especially Chinese New Year or Christmas, or parcel being held up in customs may cause the parcel to be delayed. If the items are urgent, kindly let us know by contacting us.
4. Customs and Duties. It is the customers’ responsibility for payment for custom duties whenever it is required.
5. Tracking of your Parcel. You can simply track your parcel by going into the link that we had provided you on the email.
